New Delhi: The DGTR has released the final PCN methodology in its ongoing investigation into alleged dumping of certain types of filament yarn from China, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
The Directorate General of Trade Remedies under the Commerce Ministry has sought responses from industry stakeholders until September 20 on the matter.
The DGTR on June 28 initiated the probe into dumping of the nylon filament yarn from four countries.
The department later on August 27 released a revised PCN methodology and invited comments on the same from stakeholders by September 2.
The DGTR is investigating alleged dumping of the product following complaints from domestic players.
It said it has found “sufficient evidence” of dumping of nylon multi-filament yarn from these countries.
